About Us

Welcome to the Welsh Mardi Gras Association! What began in 2019 as a dream shared by two kids has blossomed into a dedicated team committed to reviving the vibrant Mardi Gras festivities in our town. As a non-profit organization we focus on uplifting our community, including Jeff Davis Parish and its neighbors, with all proceeds from our events going directly to empowering our youth and addressing community needs. We are grateful for the support of all our participants—your enthusiasm makes our celebrations possible, and we can't wait to celebrate!
