Disclaimer of Liability and Waiver of Liability

The undersigned do hereby release, forever discharge, and agree to hold harmless, Welsh Mardi Gras Association, and any individual(s) associated with the run/parade as well as any third parties; from and against all liabilities, claims, demands, damage of any kind whatsoever may be incurred or suffered by the undersigned and/or participant (if any under 18 years old).

Participant and/or Participants have read all rules/regulations and agreed to follow the rules/regulations. Float owners agree that all members of their float also understand these rules and regulations. Float owners must have between them and their riders, their own agreement if any such harm happens on their float. Forms must be signed by the float owner(s) and owner(s) agree everyone on their float agree to the Disclaimer of Liability and Waver of Liability.

I fully understand the rules and regulations and will abide by them and inform participants on my entry (float/horse/wagon) of the rules, regulations and Disclaimers of Liability and Waiver of Liability. I have my own Disclaimer of Liability and Waiver of Liability for my float signed by members (riders).

I fully understand that risks and dangers may be caused by my own actions or inactions, the actions, or inactions of others participating in the activity, the condition in which the activity takes place, or the negligence of the persons named below; there may be other risks, whether known to me, or not readily foreseeable at this time which includes the risk of contracting COVID-19 and I fully accept and assume all such risks and all responsibility for losses, costs, and damages I incur as a result of my participation. I authorize the volunteers and coordinators of the event to take whatever action is necessary, in their best judgement, in an emergency and I hereby release and discharge the volunteers and coordinators from any responsibility or liability related thereto.
